Purpose

With WEBA Scrubs, mothers can now remain discreetly covered at both the top and bottom of the chest — and only reveal the small amount of the breast that needs accessed for nursing purposes.

The loose inner shirt is simply lifted or pulled over from the armpit to allow for breast access.

Each scrub design looks just like other normal everyday scrubs, so the mother doesn’t have to look any different than her other co-workers on the floor.

Whether it is zipper, button, or snaps, down the center, through the side, or under a pocket, these 5 unique designs offer easy breast access and will be a must during this time in a mother’s life.

WEBA Scrubs even offers one style that features fluctuating sizes, where the sides expand with the mother’s growing belly throughout her pregnancy, saving her the expense of having to purchase additional sizes.

Story Behind the Invention

Developed in Miliken, CO, WEBA Scrubs is a new line of 5 scrubs with easy breast access for working mothers during all phases of maternity.

In the bustling world of healthcare, a nurse spotted a critical gap in medical attire: the lack of maternity scrubs. After observing the frequent struggles her pregnant and nursing colleagues faced in finding suitable workwear, she decided to bridge this gap. Witnessing a friend awkwardly attempt to pump breast milk in her scrubs without sacrificing dignity was the final push she needed. Motivated by these experiences, she embarked on developing WEBA Scrubs – a line of accessible, dignified, and comfortable scrubs for pregnant and nursing healthcare workers. This innovative solution not only supports women in their crucial roles, but also celebrates their journey through motherhood.
